St. Peter (?)

From the collection of the Nayerisches Nationalmuseum, Munich. The label identifies Peter with a question mark, noting the absence of keys but presence of short beard and curly hair. I am not sure what the object in the right hand could be. It is the size and shape of a large cellphone:
